1-1 ½ tsp of Instant Arabica espresso powder

1 cup of hot Anpire Full Cream Milk/Oat Drink/Almond Drink

1. Dissolve 1 tsp of espresso powder in 2 tablespoons of hot water in your coffee mug.
2. For decorating, dissolve ½ tsp espresso powder in few drops of hot water in small plate.
3. Add one cup of hot Anpire Full Cream Milk/Oat Drink/Almond Drink to milk frother. Start frothing it.
4. Then, use a spoon to help hold back the froth and pour the denser milk in coffee mug.
5. Scoop a few dollops into round-teardrop for the bear head, hand and foot. Add few more layers of foam to add height.
6. To draw in the face and other features, use a toothpick and the decorating espresso made earlier; try to just scratch the surface of the foam to draw the eyes, nose, smiling mouth and paw.
