Vegan Pancake with Anpire

The best topping for pancakes is more pancakesโ€ฆ and honeyย ๐Ÿ˜‹ย Easy ingredients + hidden antioxidants for glowing skin. Stack them up + enjoy.

Ingredients for 4 servings

1 cup organic wholemeal flour (125 g)
2 tablespoons organic sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
ยฝ teaspoon Himalayan salt
1 cup Anpire Oat Drink/Almond Drink (240 mL)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons coconut oil
3 teaspoons GoBeet Powder (Goji + Beetroot)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pure Honey, to serve

Preparation

1. In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, GoBeet powder and salt, and stir to combine.
2. In a cup, add Anpire Oat Drink/Almond Drink, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil and vanilla, and stir to combine.
3. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and whisk until smooth.
4. Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
5. Pour about ยฝ cup (65 grams) of batter onto a nonstick pan or griddle over medium heat.
6. When the top begins to bubble, flip the pancake and cook until golden.
7. Serve warm with honey.
